I was pick up my issued IR1 immigrant visa packet yesterday.I found out the PHOTO in immigrant data summary is NOT me! But the passport is good. Will it be a big problem when i at the POE over the wrong photo? Can i bring the visa packet to U.S. Consulate General Guangzhou in person? I dont like to mailing it back by mail. Thank you.
