  2. You can put photos in a baggie and staple it to a sheet, on each photo in pencil write Who Where When on the back side and who on the backside of the passport photos. Passport photos are 2"x2" or 5cm x 5cm You can also print the photos on letter sized sheets and bind them into the petition. Sorry for asking too many questions . do we need to attach the orginal notarized translation of marriage certificate ( white book that Gong Zheng Chu gave to us) and notarized translation of birth certificate ? or is the copy of them enough ? Thanks alot
  3. Thanks for your quick advice . So it is best to submit a manila folder with the two hole prongs on the top? Within the folder we then use tabs at the bottom of each section? How do we put our photos within the folder?

Hi everyone i am confused about form I-130 section C question 22 , we are going to DCF our I-130 petiton in China , how should we answer this question ? i also want to know what is the best way to compile our documents for filing? do we need to use a binder with some plastic protection sheet inside it and put related documents inside one sheet ? are we allowed to staple related documents and papers together, for example, staple the whole copy of our house lease pages together or just use paper clip to keep them together ? any detailed advice for documents compiling ? Thanks for your help

  6. hi everyone i have some questions about DCF and I-130 , hope you can give me some information . 1- in addition to the translation of civil documents like marriage certifacte , birth certificate , should we provide any certified copies of them sperately ? or just normal copies are sufficient ? would you please point out which documents need to have cetified copy ? 2- at form G-325A we need to fill out applicant's residence last 5 years , i was living in china in last couple years , but i have travelled to my country couple times (while i had my valid chinese visa and kept my lease in china) ,are all travles to my country considered as residence ? or it depends on how long i have stayed there ? 3- at form G-325A , what should beneficiary and petitioner mark for "this form is submmited in connection with an application for : 1- naturalization 2- statuse as permanent resident 3- other (specify)" in their seperate G-325A? 4- how many pictures are appropriate to be included in I-130 ? i have thousands of them 5- our house lease is in chinese , translation office wants a very unreasonable price for translation , can we translate it by ourselves or it has to have Official traslation stamp? thanks in advance for your time and help!
