Has anybody here looked into a QDOT trust? It is designed so that a non-citizen spouse does not have to pay inheritance taxes on death of the citizen spouse. It seems non-citizen spouses often have difficulty making the tax payments and can get into quite a jam.

I found a Chinese flashcard app for my phone that I love..http://www.trainchinese.com It keeps score and repeats the ones I miss. I get to choose the words in my card list from a very extensive vocabulary, including HSK word lists. And it is free. Anybody know of a better one?
