If my boyfriend has been working for 7 years at his current employer and he is planning to quit and find a job somewhere else all while having continuous employment, will it affect our chances of getting a cr1 visa ( he plans to come to china and get married in june this year, and then we apply for CR1)?

Just joking. The first three are the fees you will have to pay. The lawyer fee is basically 500-2500 USD depending on who you choose. I would highly recommend not using a lawyer. If you do use one don't use XXX (PM me if you want to know who not to use .. in case the bastard sees it and decides he wants to sue being that he is a lawyer)unless your willing to only speak to a paralegal who does not know as much as CFL members. my fianc¨¦ and i wanna to get married in a few days and then apply for CR1. and if we apply for CR1, we need to fill the I 864 form. we are wondering how to fill the housesize now.. my fianc¨¦ is currently live with his mom and his brothers and sisters.and the house is under my fianc¨¦ name. there are already 7 people there, plus me there will be 8 people there. but my fianc¨¦ 's tax return show he is single. the question we are wondering is how many household size we should fill, just 2 (he and me ) or we need to fill 8 (including his mom and his sisters and brothers ).
