Dear GUZ, Can a CR-1 visa be changed to a n IR-1 visa after a couples 2nd wedding anniversary? If so can this be done in GZ and how long would it take? Thanks Loren

What does IR-1 mean? If your marriage is more than 2 years old. How can you be assured that you will be registered as a Permanent Resident instead of a Conditional Resident?
