  1. No matter what I/we do we will never find the reason of the denial. I have tried so many ways.............its the blanket statement "not a bonifide" relationship. I have even gone in person to A Senators office, and they do not care, point blank. To them everyone that coming from China is commiting Fraud to get a green card. That is very sad. Been almost married 3 years oh yes and my wife is committing Fraud. go figure that one.
  2. Going for 3......................yahooooooooooooooooo I will catch up with you.........................

  4. I know for a fact you will never receive anything from anybody stateside for a denial. I got denied twice already and have heard nothing at all from anybody. As for the language barrier, in HK they said that to me also, and thats just a cop-out for them. I know of plenty of people around China that get approved and the language barrier means nothing. But, I heard GUZ is building that up as a denial for many people. You also remember that GUZ is the toughest place to get a visa, that is why i have ELLIS as my lawyer this time. I am sick of GUZ's...... B.S.
  5. I have been 5 times to see her most, recent 03/2009.
  6. http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Busines...ns/ServPDF.html For everyone who is electronically filling, this converter from jpeg to pdf is free and works great. It is in the middle of the page..................ServPdf is the name of the program.
  7. If your going to HK for interview after a denial at GUZ, I wish you all the best and good luck.
  8. I had 2 petions in play, the HK interview was with the I-129F, that was the last denial. While GUZ has the open I-130 that i did nothing with. So i have that petition still open with the GUZ number they sent me. I have a year from the date they sent it to me to do something and this is the one i am using, i have 5 months left on that petition. I emailed GUZ to "optin" the electronic filing just today. Like i said i am new this e-file thing.
  9. I am happy to say we did not get that divorce. I needed a break from that crap they dished on me. I am now refreshed and willing to go the distance and do this thing. Knowing now we married for life and i still love her so much. So here is where i am at, alot of things have changed in the last 5 months for sure. I have everything stuffed in a box and was so pissed i threw some stuff out with rage. I have a Guz number, and where do i go to look at that number and see where i am at and what fee is next. Do i need to open a E-File account??????? I think i need to do a I-864 and what ever else. Hell even the websites have changed, i am so lost here now. Thanks guys and dolls
  10. my timeline is listed below it may be a little inaccurate but close, but we got married in hong kong and once we started the k3 route it took less than a year. if your married on mainland china it takes a bit longer becuase of more people comming here from the mainland. if your not married I recommend marrying in hong kong. If you or significant other are not from HK there is no advantage in getting an interview in HK, you will be denied and told to go to GUZ. They are tougher than you think contrary to popular belief. Trust me been there and done that. But if you want to get married in HK this is OK no problem it is quick and painless.
  11. Preident, Congressman, Senator, Indian Chief ot Candle Stick Marker can do nothing amd wont do anything, sorry. This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help me God.
  12. Henry, I think you have been drinking the kool-aid to long, and i dont mean that in a bad way. You cannot and will not lead these people at GUZ to the file and have them believe everything they read. If you send money every month, "why are you buying your bride", if you dont send money every month, why dont you love her enough. Send 5000 pages are you trying to hide something, if you send not enough they question that. The petetioner is at their MERCY and they are the GOD. The best one is "not a bonafide relationship" case closed and you will never know why. That is the out they have and believe me they use it and could not care. As you go down this logic path they will prove you wrong everytime. Its their GUT FEELING at the infamous GUZ. A mind is a terrible thing to waste, and they have none at GUZ. I wish you all the OOD LUCK and for a fast time and no exceptions in your case.
  13. Just to let everyone know how the Consulates work differently, in HK they wanted a bank statement of total deposits for 2008, and then didn't even look at any paperwork. Now, Guz/NVC would like 3 years of tax transcripts. Nothing is universal anywhere at any Consulate. Go figure that one.
  14. I understand exactly how you feel. Read my time line, i shake my head everyday. My wife of over 2 years wants to get a divorce and set me free. I have a CR-1 in play now, i got the bill for the $400 and have not paid that, and i am just thinking, I do not want to go through another " not a bonafide relationship " of course you will never know the real reason, that statement is just so they dont have to tell you anything and it is so wide open for interpetation. Good luck to you, i wish the both of you best in your endeavor.
  15. We all should live that long to see anything happen. They first need to clean out espically in GUZ all the dead wood, which is everybody there. Get some fresh blood to interupt the law the code as it suppose to be. The petitioner will never know why the denial, "not a bonafide relationship" what a canned response, what a syetem. For instance in HK, i said to the woman interviewer "the code states to get interviewed where we got married" she says to me, I better read the code again it doesn't say that. Well if that glass wasn't 9" thick, you know the rest of that. Then and there i knew what was happening. Go south young man to Mexico, and walk accross and stay forever.
