Hi, Finally my Efiled EAD went through after their system was repaired. I was reading your previous post, you indicated to send 2 pictures in the supporting mail. However, the instruction on my receipt clearly says" DON'T SEND THE PHOTOS". I am confused,why you sent 2 passport photos after efiling?

They sent me a Rejection Notice in the first mailed one. They didn't process the mailed one, I think. Action Needed in my efiled one is due to some credit card processing issues. I just found other people had the same problems before.

I am very unlucky. AOS filed 6/27/03. I applied EAD 3 times, never got a real EAD, I had to go to NYC local office to get an interim EAD when the receipt date expired after 3 months. I had the GC interview last August and I thought I would have GC soon, but no luck. Now I need EAD to work, that's why I filed again.

My old EAT expires March last year. I didn't renew ever since coz I didn't need it for work. Does the expiration dates matter?

Don't you have to send your E filed documents to Chicago Lock box instead of Lee's summit?

I came to USA with my K-1 visa. What happens if my nonimmigrant employment authorization( airport stamped one) expires after I file for AOS while I am waiting for an EAD? Additionally, i am working with a company. what should i do?

I mailed out my I -765 and 485 to New York immigration office and got a receipt in July 11. I got my job by using the temporary EAD from the airport when I entered in New York. As I was waiting for my one year EAD, I received a Notice of Action from the INS last week, which tells me my receipt number, case type and also says the next step is to have my biometrics taken at a BCIS ASC. They gave a 1-800 national service to call for an appointment. I tried that number and never had a luck to put through. Is there any JMS know what's the procedure of getting an EAD in NYC? I am really confused about that paper says.

Is that easier to get a job in the future for management and accounting?

AZ,135 dollars, that's resonable. They offered 150$ for filling the form and other 200$ for blood test and other shots. They just jacked off the price here. Did you go to the doctor in your zip code area?

i just called the clinic in our zipcode area. They will chare 200$ for filling out vaccianation form and it takes a month? Is that true? You guys, how much did you spend?

I went to the China Post yesterday and was told I could send my luggage under the limit of 30 kgs. The price is 660RMB for 30kgs. I think it is not bad at all. I am gonna send my winter clothes and books before I get there.
