i am sorry , have to ask question again . my case was send to GZ on 1.12, after more than 4 months ,finally , my case was received by the gz embassy ,i thought they will send me p3 these days, but when my bf called the DOS just now , they told me my case was in administrative processing, what does that mean ? I never heard that before . i m k1 . why i need that administrative processing? and how long will it take ?

WOW ! ! ! So many others in my neck of the woods... I know it sounds bad, but thank goodness I'm not the only one It makes me feel better that I can share this most awful moment with others.. Thank you to all... Our case was sent 01/24/06 and still no P3... I wrote a post asking when is the right time to freak out... I thought I was alone in this, but it appears that there are several cases from January being held up... This could be a good question for GUZ to answer? Just a thought... an FYI... or what ever... I paid 2k for a lawyer to file my K1... he and his staff have been great up until this point... when the s*** hits the fan and information is hard to come by, his arms go up and say "I don't know what to tell you"... I get a great sense of security using a lawyer, but when it come to information gathering, its this website! A matter a fact, I told him that he should visit this place once in a while to better serve his clients... Would I use a lawyer again? dear mr/mrs , i am the member from 001, on our daily discussion in there , we find that there are so many k1 cases sending on 1.12 to gz haven't received their p3 (k1 should be the fastest), we serach dhl, it showed us 1.12 is a huge package, there are so many case(26) in that package, but it was signed on 3.1, so why u still don't give us p3 ? from 1.12 to 5.12 , it is already 4 months? no one has got their p3 , far beyond the adverage time of k1 waiting p3...no reason we all have problems of our application, right ?

finally someone can give me reply ... I understand they are busy , but since they know it is a bottleneck , why they don't deal with it first ? we can't just doing nothing but wait , it seems to me i have to wait endless ... i wonder why they just let us wait for such a long time but deal with the cases sent to gz later than us for more than 2 months , isn't that unfair to us ?? i am sorry to say that but i do feel so .i hope u can understand my feeling !! could u tell me isn't that dealed by orders ?? i thought so but i just found out it is not that case !!!!!

i m k1 from vsc, my case was sent on 1.12, now , 4 months has been passed, still can't received the p3, we had tried our best, but no further information now .. 1..called the dos, for the first few times, they said our case was in china custom, but actually i saw in dhl's website , it showed that my package was signed on 3.1, so my finace called them again just now, they didnt say in china custom anymore , but worse, no information now 2.. sent email to the emassy in gz, waited for more than a week,finally, they replied but just told us to called the 4008 which need to pay ! didn't answer my questions at all .... fine , MONEY, i will pay !!!! but so many ppl called the 4008, still useless, so what can i do now ?? as i know , there are so many case sending in march have received their p3 already , so what the hell they don't give me p3 ?? how come my case stayed in the gz embassy for more than two months ( they signed my case on 3.1 ) without attention?? isn't that dealed by order ?? neither of us marry before , no reason it takes such long time to have the so called "name check" ! i am confident that we have nothing to check ! really have no idea what they are doing !why they keep our case in the gz embassy ? i am sorry to ask are there lack of staffs ?? k1 should be the fastest , but it turns out to be such time wasting ! i miss my bf's hug and kiss , everything
