Hello all. I know i have saked this question before. I will be sending my I-864 papers in this week, CR1 I used the online PDF forms and they are all filled out. I have used the A# from my I-129F approval notice. I'm not sure if this will be a problem or not?? I guest i could call NVC and see what they say? I just want to make sure everything keeps going well for our papers. Thanks everyone!!!

That is, it is optional for the form - your taxes and pay stubs should be enough - but, like, David says, have them ready in your kitchen sink for the interview. Yes you have the same quote that i have! If you read it very closly and read it about 10 times or more, Like i said i have one hell of a head ache now for i have been dealing with this all day. But the way i read it, It sounds like all you need is the I-864 and the normal documents that go along with it. Also if you read more though the instructions it says, If you are sending TAX TRANSSCRIPS you do not need to send your W-2. As for the A# I'm not sure if the K3 A# will apply to the CR1 I-864???? I do not plane on sending in the packet until next week, So i think i will just see what everyone says here on CFL. Thank again everyone!!!

Hello all!! I have been filling out my I-864 papers for my CR1 I'll tell you what, My head hearts, But that's alright. I have a few questions and i need help! I'm using the I-864EZ form, In part 2, line 6. It asks for Alien Registration Number ( if any ) Now the other day i received my K3 NOA2 ( I-129F APPROVAL ) In the box Where it has my wifes name is The A# Now i know this is her Alien Registration Number. My question is, Can i put this number in the I-864EZ where it asks for the A number. Remember this is for my CR1. My second question is about the letter of employment. I have seen some where but i forget where that you need a letter from your employer. In the Instructions booklet that i reveived it says this, ( You are not required to submit this evidence, However, unless specifically instructed to do so by a Government official ) Is this letter needed or should i not include it with the I-864 packet? Any help or advise would be very helpful.

Yes, I was just on the phone with my wife and she said that they are only good for six months! But is this something that is need for the p3? or is this something we take to the interview? Bring it during the interview process. She will turn it in at the medical clinic along with other requested P4 documents. The medical staff will place all of the P4 documents with the exam record. She will turn this packet into the consulate the morning of the interview. Thanks a lot everyone, I understand now, I will tell the wife to hold off for a little while. Thanks again!! Hello everyone!! Have a quick question about police certificates. I know my K3 should be arriving at NVC any day now! My wife has asked me if she should start getting her police certificates together now? I told her i was not sure if now was a good time or not. We have everything else we need but the police certificates!! Is now a good time to take care of this???

True, the fee is $200, and don't send the original with the AOS submission send a copy, bring the original to the AOS interview, or Lifting conditions interview. Same goes for the I-94 that you get at the POE, send copies only. Thanks everyone for all the good advise. UPDATE: called NVC today and they told me that my I-864 packet and the IV fee bill where mailed last week ( mailed the same day ) for my CR1. Sound like things are still moving along just fine.

Hello All! How is everyone doing today? I just received my I-129F Approval notice today. I have two questions for anyone that might know what this means. First of all, I noticed that my I-129F is only valid from 11/22/06 to 03/21/07 Any thoughts about this? Also on the I-129F in the box for the Beneficiary. It has my wifes name and it is spelled correctly!! But also in that same box it has a number that starts with "A" Any thoughts or comments would be great!! Once again THANKS to everyone here on CFL everyone has been a lot of help!!

Sorry, I don't have an answer for your question. I'm curious, when did you submit your I-130? June 28 this year!!! I know your I-129F went to CSC.. is that where you filed the I-130? No, The I-130 went to if i remember right to NSC, I live in Ohio! And yes, The I-129F went to CSC My I-130 went to the CSC about a month after your I-130 went to NSC... I hope that I will hear something soon Yes, I'm sure you should be receiving something very soon now. From what i see, CSC is moving along just fine now. The only thing i can figure is that when i sent my I-130. I sent in anything and everything, Even the oppsional papers that they did now reguire. That way if they needed to know more they already had it. But i did get the I-129f returned for i filed the old forms but that only delayed it for a few days.

Hello all, Hope everyone had a good holiday!! Just a quick question! I have both a I-129f and I-130 approved. The I-130 has been at NVC for a month nowAnd the I-129F should arrive there this week. The DS-3032 has been sent and reveived for the I-130 at the NVC. Also i have payed the I-864 fee bill about two weeks ago. And i call the NVC the othere day and the IV bill was generated . Like i said the I-129F should be at NVC latter in the week. Anyone know what happens next and for the fact that both I-129F and I-130 are approved at the same time?

Like i was saying in my last post the NVC has received it and has generated the IV fee bill. I figure i should receive it latter next week. Everything is going very fast and going well for us so far. the main issue is that this NVC time period is yours to control to a larger degree than any part of the process... how fast you can return each document determines how fast you get through NVC. I've seen people do it in 2 months and others in 6 or more months... Any time i send any doccuments i use USPS express mail that way i can track the progress. And i always send the documents the next day after i get them! I'm well prepaired and have everything i need ready to send when the time comes. Also everyday when i get home from work i call the NVC, Just to see how things are going! Like everyone here on CFL says, If you are nice to them they will be nice to you!!! Thanks again david!!

Hello everyone!! Anyone have any idea how long it takes for the DS-3032 form to arrive in Chongqing, China? Nvc said it was mail on Oct 27. I received my copy one week later. I'm not worry about for i just emailed my wife the copy i have and she signed it and mailed it back. NVC says they have received it and have generated the IV fee bill. The only reason I'm asking this question is that my wife keeps asking me why she has not received yet. By the way the packet i received has her correct mailing address!

Thanks david for the reply and the link! It was very helpful and i feel much better now! Like is said in my first post everything is going very fast fo me and my wife. I do not know why? But I'm just glad that is is going well for us. As for my time line, I would have to look at all the notices i have received. But from June 2006 to Nov 2006 I-130 and I-129f approval sounds very fast to me compaired to the others i have read!. Thanks again and i will post again very soon with more questions!

Hi everyone here on CFL! This is my first time posting but i have been reading posts for many months now. I have learned a lot from everyone and i thank you all very much! I have a question for anyone that may have been down this road before. I am a cr1 and a k3. To make a long story short i filed the I-130 and the I-129F back in june of this year. Everything has gone very well and i feel very lucky to have made it this far without any problems. My I-130 was approved last month and the I-129F was approved last week. Though the I-129F has not been transfered from CSC as of this posting maybe next week i hope!!! I have already received and payed the I-864 fee bill And my wife has sent in the DS-3032 form and it has been received at the NVC. Called the NVC the othere day and was told that the IV fee bill was generated. So the way i see it i should be getting a lot of papers here soon. My question is for the I-864. I have received from the IRS transscipts for the years of 03,04,05. And i have my W-2s for the years of 03,05 I am missing the year of 04 W-2 Will the Transscripts by them selfs be good enough or do i need the W-2s and the transscripts together??? I hoping that sence i have gotten this far so quickly that this is only a small problem! Any help or advise would be great. thank you all again for all the great posts and i have learn a lot from you all but now i think i might be stuck?
