thanks for reply, i stayed there 88days, i tried to get my late fiance's death certificate, but the death of department replied me that i am not eligible to get it, only the members of his family can get, but i asked for them, none of them would help me for that. but my present fiance helped me to get a obituary notice in internet, does it help? Yes, that will help. You will likely be asked about this. Just explain that he died before you married and show them the obituary and proof that you left the USA within the 90 days. I agree. Your passport should have the dates stamped in it to provide proof of the entry and departure dates. So it would seem that you are in good shape as far as the previous K1 visa is concerned. i am going to interview soon, i read some posts of denial, i am nervous, because my case is different than others, my previous fiance deceased before we got married, so i left USA ,my present fiance applied k1 for me last year, i need to provide consulate the proofs of present fiance came to visit me , i wonder would consulate would doubt me why my present fiance visited me while my previous fiance applied K1 visa for me? will it cause denial?

we called DOS yesterday,consulate sent Packet4 yesterday, interview date is September 27th, hooray, finally got good news. I am waiting for my packet4 now, i am so happy.

We called DOS today, they said I am eligible for interview date now, paper was submitted to GZ on Luly 1st, but said the interview date has not been scheduled yet. What does that mean? mean my name check was completed? just wait for the interview ? how long will they schedule the interview? thanks

I got Packet P3 at February 23rd, consulate got my filled up forms at February 27th, it have been almost 4 months, why I still not get Packet4? why the name check took so long? I am worried, if it is because my name is common or I have been there last year? i apply K1 Visa.

Hi everyone here, i just want to get some advices. my situation is alittle complex, i knew my first fiance and present fiance almost the same time, the first fiance applied K1 Visa last year, i went there with this visa last year, but he passed away before we got married, now my present fiance is applying k1 visa this year, i want to know that if consulate will question me that i had 2 relations? will they deny my this K1 visa? I had tried to apply the death of certificate of my previous fiance, but the death certificate of department of that state told me that I am not entitled to get it, it only supply to members of family. What can i do? thanks

Yes, i return china before visa expire, did not over stay in the United state.
