SO and I just got our reciept notice today how long did it take for you to get your bio-metrics? and did your SO have any problems re entering the US. reason I am asking is that my Wife has been in china since nov 2 and will be arriving March 2 and she is still under the temp green card which expires the 12th of march. Just hope we have no problems

I have been preparing our I-751 and just to make sure I looked over the instructions agaian and I found 2 things that has me wondering
No keep in mind the wife is in china currently and will be back on the 2nd of march and her green card expires on the 12th. I plan on mailing in out applicationaround the 18th of Feb. but here is my ?s
Instructions State:

Two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79. You must indicate your Alien Registration Number (A#) on the fingerprint card and ensure that the completed cards are not bent, folded, or creased. The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military
they also want passport Pics
Do we need these now or is this done at boimetrics ???

My SO and I just moved to WA in Jan. She is not employed.
Get your So on the utility bills with you, Open a bank account in both names, Also try WA DMV they have info on what you need. I had to deal with this when I move it is a pain. SO has permit with out a job in Washington state.

Once I mail in the I-751 form 3 weeks or so before deadline what happens what is the process I havent found anything in Fact/answers and questioin

To my defense,
Jan. I moved from Minnesota to washington state, changed Address with USCIS. went to interview. lost all hair waiting for house to sell in MN, bought home in Washington, got wife part time job, took her to english classes everyday after work. learn new job work 14 hrs a day been tough to keep up everything,
But do i still need to renew ?

Been a long time since I have been here But now need some advice.
What are some safeguard paperwork should I send SO so her transition through immagration is smooth
1) marriage Cert.
2) SSN ?
3 ) green card still withwith in the first 2 years have not filed for removal of conditions yet
4 ) passport hers and mine.?
I just noticed that her Permament resident card expires 3/12/09 and she will come back on 3/2/09 will this be a problem ???

what would happen if we just left it until we File for 10 year.?
All of her SS, EAD card are all in her married name
It does have her maiden name on it just like her passport. so maybe now we wont have to get passport changed

I got an e-mail from The USCIS stating that i have to make an Info pass apt. I have no Vacation time I do not understand why I have to go out of my way to change their mistake. Was on line with USCIS to see about changes got hung up on because it was 6:00pm.
Looks like the I-90 form costs $300
