Hello ,everyone.Thank you very much for all of your kind words , and the important thing was my boyfriend has changed his mind . I know what he wanted was not protecting himself , because of love , because he needs a life time love ,and he dose not want to me to leave .that was the only reason he wanted me to sign the contract .What CFL gave us is not only a response , but also the different way to look at our relationship ,our love and our future . I'm curious why you think it such a high percentage of Chinese women choose to leave when things go sour? Never really thought about it but that seems awfully high. thank you, David . I have tried to talk with him ,but what he said was 'no contract no marriage' .To be honest with you I hate this kind of contract , can we sign a contract with a enmotinal world? I really don't think so . what he always says was he loved me ,and i was the first person he loved in his life ,but how to explain that we have to sign a contract to hold our love ? My so is very stubborn , I could not get any choice to say no or do more explain . I love him , with all of heart , but love is not everything sometimes, If i have to suffer the painful ,the uncomfortable just because of love , I rather not have it , and i don't think it is a true love too. Stone , Thank you very much for your response, I do agree with you . that 's really something made me feel sad, I believe in love and marriage , if i decide to have someone in my life , there is no way to change , but he doesn't believe what i am doing .It is true there are lots people always try to take something from others , but my marriage is not a business ,never. IF he trust me then we will get married , otherwise i perfer to quit .I know it will be difficult for me ,and also difficult for him , but sometime there is no way to make everybody happy .

Thank you very much for everyone ,I was not happy when I got the message from my So.I thought he doesn't love me that much as i expected.I know he had two bad experiences in his marriage ,but it didn't mean i will be the bad one too.I am going to give us more time to get through everything before starting to apply the visa.because i feel there is not trust between us if he let me sign the document. I am not an American , I don't know anythng about the law , what I know is if i love someone i will do everything for him ,to be a giver ,not a taker at any of stage .This is a Chinese way .And in such early stage to be involved with lawyer ,for me it is kind of unlucky. My so is strongly insisted what he wants ,I think we have a problem now.

I have one question here, My boyfriend and i love each other very much , but before we apply k1 visa , he asked me to sign a no -divorce contract ,if he leave me he will get nothing from what we have , if i leave him , i will get nothing.i don't ming signing a contract ,but does the contract work well. I am not happy at all . i think i am going to marry with a contract ,not love .Can anyone give me some ideas?
