1. well, I believe 1-864 but i could be wrong. ( i married cindy in china about 2 years and I am trying to bring her back home to NY) The co-sponsor is a best friend of mine from childhood - is there anything she should give me to help me bring my wife home? 157367 I am a veteran reciving 100 percent too. What I did was got a letter from my bank saying how long my monies have been going in to my account and the balance of the account. I also got letters from va and ssi saying how much they send me and try to get everything notorized. Jim 157376 i am not 100% disabled but I am service connected and I do receive money every month from the va for disibility, but it is not to much.. my question is that will my financial documents be enough to satisfy them not to give us a denial based on this? Any help is appreciated.

3. The sponser is actually a good friend of mine.. is that bad? My wife and I have been married for over 2 years already and this will be my third time going to china..
4. I have a question, my wife has a interview in guangzhou on OCT.17 and i think that i might have a problem with my taxes. I have only filed 2002 and I had to file $0 for 2003 and 2004 since back in Jan. of 2005 i sent immigration a letter why I did not file for those 2 years becuase i am a disabled veteran and my business was just in start up, i have a notorized letter from the bank stating my current balance and deposits for 2005 which is over $100,000.00 but the profit is about $25,000.00 that I will also get a notorized letter from my accountant since it is not time yet to file for 2005. I have a co-sponser also which has all 3 years tax return w-2 for over $20,000.00 each year, now my question is that with all of this financial information is it possible to get a denied at the interview based on this becuase i do not have the 3 year tax return? Any help is appreciated..
5. I agree. If I were you, I would have your friend fill out the I-134 and get the required documents, but just keep them in reserve. Don't present them at the interview unless, for some reason, they say your income isn't sufficient. But that shouldn't happen. As far as I can tell, there is no subjectivity on this matter. Either you have enough money or you don't. 156064 what about proof of phone calls and emails - i used yahoo messenger and i can press call to talk to her via microphone and she does the same but there will not be proof of it... 156259 Dated photos of the two of you and her family is helpful. You can print off the Yahoo typed chats if you are archieving them (a setting in Yahoo Messenger) Emails: again she can print those off. It would be helpful to know how far along in the process you are. 156275 well her interview is for the end of next month, we have been married for 2 years and 2 months. we aved the chats and emailsbut when I printed one of the yahoo chats - no date or anything was on it...what should be done about that?

7. Yes I am going to china a week before - I want to do some sight seeing - last time i went we went to a few cities, we had this pizza from pizza hut that had some topping that was flaky and moving, my wife ate it, not me!! But to get back on topic, how will they know if I am outside, I am so nervous for her and myself because on the 22nd of November I get a shoulder surgery done and really hoped she would be home in the US with me to help me!
8. No she has her interview at the end of October, it is k-3 I married her in china because it was important for her, I have evidence of income but i also a co-sponsor for cindy....
9. I have been but so far have only found information regarding k-1 which i believe is the fiance visa ...
10. Hi, I am just trying to prepare everything to make sure that we will have all the needed information to get her here but I am unsure of a few things: - I have the last 3 years of taxes but I also had a co-sponsor file the petition thinking it would make things move smoothly as well as faster, should this be a problem? -should my cosponsor write a letter (she is my best friend since i was 14) and if so what should it say? -as for emails me and cindy sent eachother do i need to just press print or do i also need to print some sort of details like Ip adress, etc? -My wife and I mostly communicated via Yahoo messenger, telephone and a few letters BUT she has not saved all the envelopes form the letters- are they a requirement? Any advice will be greatly and thankfully appreciated!!!
11. It's been almost 2 long years of waiting for this date!!! But My wife finally got it and well, I am not feeling too confident about it- actually our lawyer who processed all the papers(reason being is that she says that things have been tight since 9/11 and they automatically consider the marriages to be a fraud first, that just got me really mad because I am paying this lawyer to get my wife here and she is just feeding me negativity!!!) ,etc is making me feel like they will deny her... I am a disabled army veteran (27 in Nov.) and I am just ready for Cindy to come to america already , I have been alone for too long - talking with her on the phone is just not enough.... My question is how can I print conversations we had on Yahoo messenger and via email if all of them were not saved (a few have been - but most of them were saved to my computer on aol and I didn't realize when rebooting the computer due to a virus would cause these emails to be lost) so what can be done about this and do i just print out the email by using the print button or will they need some sort of details? Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
