Our baby was born in the the US last year, we are gettting ready to file the I-751. I wonder if we need to include our new born baby's name in part 5 of the petition. My interpretation is that part 5 is for dependent children who are not US citizen. Any help will be much appreciated. Luke

Since December 12, 2005, only one year tax return is required for the I-864 (Affidavit of Support), But the I-797C notice (Rev. 01/31/05) ask for tax returns of past three years, Do I really need to bring tax return for three years, or just the current year is enough? My problem is that I only have 2004 and 2005 returns. What are you experience since the new guideline came up a few months ago? 2. Where and how to get a certified marriage certifiate in NYC. What does certified copy means? I guess do I need to go to City Hall again, or can a notary public perform the certification? Thanks, Luke

I would wait until you have the visa in hand and then get the shots but first check with your employer's health plan to see if they would cover it once she gets here and you have her on it. We had ours done on the island after we got the visa approved. As I recall it was around 400 RMB. They will give you a little yellow book that has a list of all the vaccinations given. 151524[/snapback] My wife had the vaccination shots done at the Samian Island right after she got her K1 visa. We went to a civil surgeon in Queens today, the doctor's assistance process the paper work and it only took her 10 minutes to complete the I-693A (vaccination suplement form), and put it in a sealed envelop. The fee was $60 paid in cash only. Our insurance does not cover this type of care. We only needed to bring her passport and the yellow vaccination book. No additional shots were given. Make sure to ask for a copy of the I-693A.

I have all the necessary paper works and forms filled out but I only have the federal tax return for 2004, I'm in the process of completing the returns for 2002 and 2003 (It is a long story why I haven't done the other two years). I understand the returns for the latest three years are required for AOS, I have three qestions and I need your ugent help: 1) Should I submit the AOS anyway with just one year return in order to beat the 90-day K1 dealline, and for her to stay "in status", and then submit the missing two returns before USCIS ask for them. 2) Should I wait for the RFE before sending in the missing tax returns. 3) Or, should I wait till I have all three tax returns ready (in about two weeks), then send in the AOS. The 90-day deadline is coming up this week, PLEASE HELP!!
