It is an impossible mission.
Mission Impossible!

You can send in the tax return for year 2000, 2001, and 2002 if your 2003 haven't been filed yet by then.
You do need to show your current income also, which could be your business sales.
AZwolfman is right, only I-134 need to be notarized. Not Tax returns.

Welcome Candy! Congratulations to Candy and PJ. I am so glad to hear such a good news.

Do they harass you at customs if you enter the country with a one-way ticket?
No, they will welcome you.
The K-1( or K-3) visa holder should plan to live in the US and no question should be asked about one way ticket.

Congratulations to you both, Myles & Anna! Celebrations were held
for Anna already last night at 001 chat room with 30 gals tuned!! She has been one of the most popular gals and has successfully "recruited" a few FANS there (like most movie starts do..hehe) ..Really, it has been so fantastic to have her on 001. (I bet you will feel the same way too, lucky man! ) Wish you two a happy life in Hawii.
We just got my Name check cleared in the past few days. Hopefully GZ will work out an interview date shortly. Thank you for your blessings..

I didn't believe Sysy's report that their AOS was rejected by BCIS office because they included the fee for fingerprint until today, when I receive our package rejected the same way.
Believe it or not, the Officer in BCIS don't know that he could just return that $50 check to me or even tear it up if he doesn't like that. I specificly marked on the check and wrote three checks separately.
So if you are filing in San Jose office, Be caution, don't include fingerprint fee on yours.

It seems the simple questions are the ones I have the most trouble with. On I-485, what to put for "current INS status" - fiancee?
Will she put her new married name on the I-485 and other AOS forms, or will she use her maiden name and just include copies of the marriage cert showing her new name?
Yes, current status is k-1 fiancee.
I would suggest that You wife wirte her new name on the forms.

Tony,
Wow, Congratulations!!! I am very happy for you.
All the best.
-
Tony is correct, you need an Affidavit of Support and last three years tax return.
-
Congratulations !!!
-
Yes, Don is right, definately you need to call GZ to confirm their receiving. If they haven't yet, you need to fax a copy.
-
DOS will see the information after GZ enter it into the computer. Usually, they have information the very last. If you call CA, they will be able to see the clearance. But you need to convince them, otherwise, they will send you to the DOS info line .

Congratulations!!! Very happy for you.
