thanks a lot. we were told our case is in FBI, so we think only FBI officer is real useful. it is a little different from second namecheck process.

In fact, if the namecheck is not finished, NVC will not mail you a lettle. You have to call NVC to ask them, my fiance gets our GUZ number throught this way, it is very common now. I also know 3 girls have been waiting for namecheck over 7 months now, they are K1 and donot receive P3 either. unfortunately, i have a bad news to you. I heard of girl who was in army long time ago, she is K1, and her second namecheck has been 2 years, and still in pending now.

since we have not had P3, so we think we donot need to email GZ. Yes, he called DOS, but they said they can not help us.

Zingaro, have you called FBI? last August, i know someone faxed to FBI, passed 3 weeks, they got response from Hardy who is in charge of namecheck. But since this year, they donot respond any enquiry.

we are same, my namecheck has been 10 months already, my fiance tried all way to contact NVC, FBI, DOS; and mailed 2 senators and a local congressman, they gave us same response---- wait!!! we have no idea either, anyone can help us?

I am a Chinese, my fiance mailed 2 senators and local congressman. we only know NVC sent our case to FBI, and it is still in pending in FBI, i have not received my package 3.

Dear Sir, I do need your help now, I was told that you know many things about namecheck. My fiance applied for K1 visa for me in June of 2004. Our case was approved on August in 2004 in TSC. It has been 10 months since the FBI received our application. We tried to contact NVC and FBI, but no one has been able to, or willing, to tell us when it will be complete. And our Congressman and Senator did not get any information form FBI either. We do not have any idea now, wish you can help us. I thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide.
