Just got back to my wifes hometown from Guangzhou. WE GOT PINK TODAY!

I am Leaving April 10th. I will give you a full report as soon as I can get internet access.

Do you thinkit is OK to make travel plans to China, without having any confirmation in writing from GUZ on our April 14 interview date. I only have confirmation on the phone from the DOS. My Wife has received nothing from GUZ. It is coming very soon, and I want to be sure I am their with her.

I was told this morning our interview is April 14. I am so happy to finally hear this.

lvlp, CooCookie, JLock, Truger24 I emailed GUZ on Thursday night. And this morning I got a reply. Heres what it says: We just received the file form NVC. The case is now in the process of scheduling. Once we complete it, we will notify you of the interview. For once some good news! I hope everyone gets the same news. This made my day.

Checked with the DOS this morning. Documents still haven't cleared customs. Maybe next week, I hope.

Lock, CooCookie, Brian, Truger24 and everyone with delayed late Oct 08 packages at GUZ: Just put up the phone with DOS. My case is still "not opened yet" in GUZ. They told me to call back on 23rd of March, the 5-month marker. Any good news from yours? lvlp Still haven't heard anything yet. I will check again on Friday, and post what I find out, if anything.

JLock, That's amazing. I have always heard that everytime you call you get a different answer. How did you track them at DHL website? Also GUZ told me our Files were sent to them Oct. 28, while the DOS says they were sent on Oct. 22. Who do I beleive?

Our case was sent to GUZ on Oct. 22, 2007. Still no word. I am gettting anxiuos to. We are almost at the 4 month mark since it was sent to GUZ. I hope we all hear something soon. Hi Brain, I almost have the same time line as yours. Our case left NVC for GUZ late Oct 08 too and I just called DOS this morning. Still no P4 yet. As 4-month mark getting closer, I am kind of worried too. But what can we do? Let's keep each other updated. lvlp I'll keep you updated. Anyone know the hours and days GUZ is open?
