Hi, My wife and I was married on my trip to China in June 2004. I returned to the US and filed the I-130 on September 10th to the TSC. The delay was due to my having had to send my wife her filled out copy of G-325a for her signature. As of today (October 22) I have yet to recieve confimation of the reciept. When I called the USCIS National Service Center to find out how I can get confirmation, they took my information and that of my wife and said it would take up to 30 days. They said she will probably take another 30 days for them to contact me. I am open for suggestions as to how to get my wife here as soon as possible.
