friends i reply need ur help

Got packet 3.5 for CR1 and sent all forms back to embassy. But I had interview before for k3 which is still in pending they sent my papers for name check 8 months ago. In last week embassy said they got my name check result but cant process my CR1 because embassy have policy called name check update they said I should wait till that name check update come back to embassy can any one explain it for us me & my wife are very confuse about name check update what the hell is this and how long it will take more help

my name check went for k3 visa in july 2004 which came fine in april 2005 last week i mean so again why this update they sent for my name check again on k3 visa becouse embassy said we will get update in 2 week hope fully it wont take this much long in name check update so we will add that name check in ur CR1 then we will tell u that u have to give interview or just bring ur passport and we will give u visa so now u just have to wait till this name check update come .

I had my k3 interview is july 2004, and my finger prints and name check went to washington dc.....finger prints came clear and my name check got so long that its April 2005 now....in this time my CR1 (I-130) came from NVC and the embassy sent me the packet 3.5. in that packet there were only two forms which i had to fill it out and send it back to them. Instead of sending them back i flyed to the embassy to talk to them along with my wife. My wife is here with me since last August 2004. we wanted to ask the embassy that why they didnt send us any list of things that they needed. Anyways when my wife went to the embassy the people in the embassy told her that your husband might not have his interview becuz he already had his K3 interview plus we had his fill from the k3 visa. Embassy also told her that your husband's name check was here just two days ago and embassy was gonna give him the visa but there is a policy calls "UPDATE" that means his name check went for update again. and it will take 45. my wife was really confused that what embassy was trying to tell her....she talked to an american consular but hopeless that american was so so rude to her..so what will happen? can some one help us ??? will i have another interview or no? does anyone every had this sort of experience? how long will my second name check would take? will the embassy send my name check again for the I130?

Called embassy today. They said they received my case electronically. lady said to me may be they will review my k3 again today and may be I don’t have to give interview for my I-130 because embassy already took interview in July 2004 for my k3 which is still in pending, lady said we will mail u letter what we need for I-130 so when u will bring all that may be embassy will step visa. I want to know that is it possible? Do I have to give visa fee for I-130 like I paid 100$ for my k3?

I called NVC today about my I-130. Answer was (your case is gone to Embassy on 17th March 21, 2005) What will be next step? My wife (USC) is here she is sick can we get early interview if yes how? What is packet 3.5 what forms are in it? I submit my police certificate in July 2004 for my k3 should I renew it again for I-130? Waiting for your reply …….

but NVC got my all form DS3032 and DS-230 and fee after that 3 week i got this reply from NVC phone # that your case is complet now i want to know how long it will take more becouse when it says case complet wait for 6 to 8 week to get further instrections, how long it will take to touch embassy and what will be steps at embassy. thanks

1 my I-130 is at NVC now and i check my atomatic case status with the NVC over the phone msg was . your case was completed on 7th march it will take 6 to 8 week for further action. i want to know that does it take this much long even after competion of case review to forward the case to embassy? 2 my k3 interview was in july 2004 and embassy sent my papers for name check is still embassy having got anything from DC so will it be same this time in my I-130 interview my wife came here to me just for being with me in my I-130 interview i dont know have ( hope )

My k3 is in pending since 7 months because of security check. Every week I do write email to embassy and reply is always same (your case is in pending for security clearance as soon as we will receive reply from US we will call you for final processing of this case) But this time reply is change it says (Please check back with us after two weeks on the status of this case) What you all think is it good news or not? And what’s that suppose to mean check back with us after two weeks

My I – 130 proved in September 2004 NVC sent affidavit of support form i-864 to my wife and now waiting for immigration forms so she will send all forms back to NVC. I want to know at the time of interview embassy will ask for same copy of affidavit of support i-864 or that affidavit of support which we sent to NVC will work? And what documents embassy will ask for interview?

asking again Should I go with my I-130 or should I keep waiting for my admin process to complete for k3?

My K3 visa is in pending at embassy after interview for security check since 6 months. I contacted my paralegal that my I-130 approved but k3 is still in pending, he advise me that stop your I-130 process till you get k3 because if your case will move from NVC to embassy they will put you on security check again on behalf of k3. Then I come in contact with one immigration lawyer for my case he advise me that some times when the embassy finds out that the I-130 is approved they put k3 on hold until the embassy get the I-130, Im confused what’s going on with my case and what should I do. Should I go with my I-130 or should I keep waiting for my admin process to complete for k3?

Contacted to FBI, answer was (we sent result to DOS) Contacted to DOC answer was (case is under security clearance at agency) Contacted to senator answer was (case is under process we can’t do anything) Calling embassy every week answer is same (case is under security clearance) We did each and everything possible to get result in these 6 months. Now I’m asking you what steps and parameters should I take to get my visa? This wait is killing know.
