No, ended up at the Washington DC visa office to replace her lost passport (she has no idea how she lost it). Last year she needed paperwork for her retirement. We went to New York for that. I kind of mixed those two together. DC visa office was tame compared to Chinese New York office. Now we wait for a month to see if they replace passport.1 point
