Santop
It is stated in ''Letter to K1/K2 Applicant" that applicants should get a notarial marriage certificate and a notarial divorce/death certificate to prove dissolution of the marriage (for those previously married). In a situation whereby the marraige certificate of a disolved marraige is not available. Will it affect the beneficiary's chances of being issued a K1 visa? Link to comment
USCONGUZ
If the document is unobtainable, you should submit a written explanation as to why it is unobtainable. It may not affect visa issuance, but it depends on the individual circumstances in the case. Edited May 13, 2006 by USCONGUZ (see edit history) Link to comment
