I know it has the 230 part 1, and maybe a supplemental form, and also is there another 0f-169? Any recent cr1 can you tell me what you received in your p3 packet from NVC?ThanksMark Link to comment
James Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 DS-230 part 1, supplemental sheet, cover sheet with a bar code, and a letter and some directions. There is no OF-169.You only need to return the DS-230 part 1, supplemental sheet, cover sheet with a bar code, and a copy of the biographic pages of her passport, as I recall. Link to comment
