Where to pay for K1 visa application fee

I need advice urgently.

 

My fiancee will be getting her medical exam at the Lufthansa facility in Beijing on Monday, they might ask her to show the receipt for the $100 visa application fee in order to pick up the medical result package. Can anyone tell me if it is ok to make the payment at a local CITIC branch in Beijing, or must she use the CITIC branches as specified by the GZ Consulate. Unfortunately, most of the specified CITIC branches are located in Guanzhou and Shenzhen area. My second question is the $100 visa fee receipt a prerequisite for the medical package? ''

I do not think it is a requirement to have paid thve visa fee before the medical. We also have plan to do exam in BJ.

- says nothing about the visa fee - as I understand the fee recepit needs to be shown - so cannot be in the medical bag.

 

It does say to bring 4 photos to put in the bag
