Guest Gene Posted April 15, 2005 Report Share Posted April 15, 2005 #6 is for your SO List all of her family. At the bottom of #6 add up the numbers IE: 3 natural children #7 is for your family. Again, at the bottom add up the numbers. Your SO signs it............ It is Her Visa. Link to comment
