I will be traveling to meet her on May 9th and to be there for the interview. This will allow her to have both the ring and the passport at the time of the interview. Can someone help us to plan a good place to meet up in Guangzhou? I am struggling to figure out whether to take a train or a bus... and also where to try and to meet her there... All my previous trips were to ZhuHai and Shenzhen, so I am at a bit of a loss about how to get to Guangzhou most easily. Can anyone here tell me the best way to get to Guangzhou? Is it Bus, Ferry, Train? Do you know which route or bus number? Any suggestions from someone who has "been there" before would be very welcome. Thank you! C & H Link to comment
lucaskeli Posted April 8, 2005 Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 I would cross the border to Shenzhen from Hong Kong, and then take a flight from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, as that will probably cost around $50 US. I wouldn't take the train myself. kdl Link to comment

Two-Trees Posted April 8, 2005 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2005 Call me thick-headed... but I didn't realize that there was an international airport in guangzhou.... So I just changed plans and no am planning to fly directly into guangzhou... and plan to meet Hong at the airport Starbucks. I'll be arriving on the 10th... Anybody else from CFL planning on being in GZ at the same time? Link to comment
