There's a China Southern office down the street from where I work. I went their to bitch about their lousy customer service after we got back. The girl I talked to was extremely attentive to out lousy treatment. But no one every called back. So I guess no executives at China Southern were concerned. I hope you aren't taking the Sun nite flight back again. PF Link to comment
