I have received Packet 3 from US embassy. According to the documents necessary for the interview from Packet-3, one of them is 'non-marriage certificate'. I went to the notarization place and were told that China marriage law has been updated in late 2003, what we can get is 'Notarization for Applicant's Single Announcement'. So is it the right notarization that Embassy needs me to prepare for the interview as 'non-marriage certificate'? Your help will be appreciated! Link to comment
