Recieved 3032 today

I got ShuPing's 3032 in the mail today, but I thought they were supposed to send it to her and then she would assign me as her agent and send it to them. Why did I get it?

 

Now I have to send it to her so she can sign it and then she'll send it to them, right? And yes, it included the fee bill.

Your wife should get a DS-3032 also. It will be sent to the address you listed for her in China on the I-130. Yours is just a copy for your records but according to the DS-3032 instruction letter, you can either mail or fax her a copy if she doesn't receive her copy from NVC.

What I did was I sent my wife a copy ahead of time to sign and send back to me. When I received the Copy from the NVC with the Bar Code on it I cut out the Bar Code and glued it on the copy she signed and sent it back to the NVC. They told me that this was exceptable so I did it. The rest of the Packages sent to you will contain a Cover Letter with the Bar Code on it that gives you instructions to follow. Please read them carefully. I remember they wanted the Case Number Written in the Upper Right Hand Corner of all the Documents.
