Guest Gene Posted January 4, 2005 Report Share Posted January 4, 2005 " Adjustment of Status" I-485 and "Afidavit of Support" I-864 and yes you will need to deal with both of them also EAD "Employment Authorization Document" I-765 The USCIS sight has info on all of them, they can be filled together. I am not sure of the exact process for a K-1, I am sure you have to be married first Link to comment
