A few 129 - 325 Questions

I am feverishly working to get the basics completed, so I can get Ying's signature where required and submit when I return in January. A few maybe dumb questions.

 

I will have several "see attached supplement" items on both 129 and both of our 325's. Is it acceptable to have one supplement sheet for 129 with several items on it and one supplement sheet for each 325 with several items on it ? Or does every question require it's own supplement sheet?

 

Ying started and operated a resturant. Any sage advice on how to report/describe that on the 325 form ?

 

Last ? On the 325 - "former husband or wives - date & place of marriage" what are they looking for ? City and state, just state ? There is little space to provide answer. The form is more generous on space for the termination

 

Maybe just another item to add to the supplement list
