We filed- about two months ago I guess- haven't heard anything. My stupid piece of s--- attorney says that we haven't received any receipts also- we have gone for our fingerprints (or gone and been treated like criminals- as I like to call it) but Hengli needs to go out of the country by spring- any idea how long this will take? Stats Posted November 10, 2004 Report Share Posted November 10, 2004 Ours was about 30 days. Filed in Houston mid July( AP/EAD/AOS), biometrics were on 8/10,. We received the AP about 10 days later. Link to comment
