Thanks!Jeff, first check to see if you meet the 125% threshold based soley on income. If you do, you can skip the sections dealing with assets and liabilities and the documentation, like bank statements, to support the numbers. Link to comment

So much of the K visa, AOS, etc. stuf seems like a "cottage industry" where we fly by the seat of our pants. We help each other to (hopefully) figure this stuff out as we go. THANKS FRANK!!
