Sending/Receiving DS3032

NVC mailed out the I864 and DS3032 to me/Fanny this week. What's the best way to send the paperwork between here and Nanning?

The DS-3032 and I-864 goes back to NVC. The instructions are very clear. Without yanking out all my notes, you need to get the DS-3032 form they send to your wife in China. The DS-3032 form that you will receive is only a copy. That is what I remember. I was going to send back my copy but there was something different. I asked my wife to send her DS-3032 to me via airmail and I would mail it to NVC. By doing it that way, it would decrease the chances of getting lost in the mail. I listed myself as the agent and to have all correspondences sent to my address here in the states, in fact, NVC recommends to keep correspondences in the USA to decrease the chance of the mail getting lost. That is how I handled it. You could just have your wife mail it back to NVC too, listing the agent and mailing address on the form.
