I was scouting out timelines and noticed that there was no NOA-2 for I-130 listed on yours. Went back to your post on my returned NOA thread and discovered your missing notice to be for the I-129F. What SC did you have to use out of Seattle? No words on it? Richard

No Richard my I-130 is still a year away, NSC is at Sept 1 2003. My I-129 is what the problem is. one time when I called the Help line I get transfered to an immigration officer and she begrudgingly told me it was approved. So I called the NVC and they gave me the GUZ number and it was off to the races. I have called the help line a few times since, but the processing date is at Feb. 20th (my NOA1 is Feb. 3rd) and is not 30 days past the processing date they will not do an inquirey. They tell me to send a I-824 for a "duplicate copy" at $195 Ha ha ha... Anyway I guess I will wait to be 30 days past Feb. 3rd and have them send in a inquirey. Makes sense to me
