There is one small restaurant near where the wife has a house, probably the size of two rooms at best. I saw the propane set up they had for the wok and wondered when it was gonna blow. The question that comes to my mind a lot is, when is China going to really catch up? They are growing so fast. Books talk about the "China Bubble" in its economics but they don't mention much about the effect on the people of China. Housing has gotten very expensive. So has food and clothing. And now this kind of thing, where regulation needs to be implemented. It is what government does. Yes, I am surprised too that a lot of incidents are never mentioned in the press but they happened.
