Allon Posted October 28, 2016 Report Share Posted October 28, 2016 This will be interesting as the investigation progresses. Rubber bullets can kill when used up close and aimed at critical points. A lot of police are not trained to know that or maybe it's that they do not care. But kill the guy for trying to break a window? What do they think this is Chicago? Link to comment
