Don't - Facebook provides html code to embed a video, but coming up with a generic replacement string that IPB will allow can be an exercise in futility, since they often change the format.

 

The links pretty much do the trick.

Well, that's cool! It's possible to do a one-off for a specific video, and then delete the media tag! It still works (as of now anyway).
