tian shan people Posted January 16, 2016 Report Share Posted January 16, 2016 My son and I entered USA via K visas in 2014. a month later i married my husband and then he filed AOS for us .But up to today we both haven't got green card.what's worse , my son is over 21 now .we fear he will be denied because of age out. please contact me if you know how to help or if you have had the same experience. There is no longer any age limitation on adjusting status from a K-2 - the age limit of 21 was on the visa itself - it must be used before he reaches the age of 21 - and will usually be set to expire on that date or sooner. tian shan people Posted January 16, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 16, 2016 Thank you so much for your information! but our adjustment of cases last for 17 months and my son has never got an online update to his case. we wonder why we encounter such a delay! our marriage is real and my husband is a principal scientist ...... we can do nothing but wait......
