story of love
Hello,Does anyone know what kind of documentation you should submit with the sponsorship form if you don't have any W-2s? All of my income was earned in China. Is a stamped letter from my company stating the amount of money I earned enough to prove my income? Are my certified tax returns enough? Thanks! Link to comment

You submit a copy of your tax returns, exactly as was submitted to the IRS, including ALL W-2 forms that were filed (in your case, none). There is no harm in submitting additional documentation, but the I-864 does not call for that. What I did for my own tax returns was to fill out the Form 4852, Substitute for Form W-2.
