for USPS express mail and courier deliveries:

for USPS express mail and courier deliveries: -such as Fed-Ex or UPS

For Express mail or other courier, they will not deliver to a post office box - your choice depending on how you send it

We always used regular USPS priority mail to send things to USCIS. So they went to the PO Box.
