pinoy0320
Dear all, This may be a dumb question: Is your spouse immigrating to the U.S.with you? I plan to move back to America but I should answer no, correct? Since I'm already a US citizen. Thanks in advance.Julian Link to comment
dnoblett
Correct answer is NO for a US Citizen. Citizen may be traveling with the immigrant however the US Citizen is not immigrating. That question has to do with multiple immigrants (example Parents, Siblings, son/daughter) Link to comment
Randy W
The word "immigrant", in this context ("USCIS-speak") is used to refer to what we think of as a green card applicant. Thus, even if the US citizen WERE physically immigrating (moving from a home in one country to another country) the answer would still be "No". Link to comment
