Thanks :-) edit: becuase the notarial ofice said they could translate it but the translation is 100 rmb per page and the hukou has a bunch of family members in it... it'd be pretty pricey... dnoblett Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 Documents needed when filing the I-130:Proof of US Citizenship:Copy of US Birth Cert, ORCopy of US Passport, ORCopy of Certificate of Naturalization, ORCopy of FS-240 Cert of birth abroadProof of marriage, (copy of marriage cert + English Translation)Proof of termination of prior marriage(s) (divorce certs and/or death certs)A 2"x2" passport photo of petitioner and of beneficiaryA G-435A from petitioner and one from beneficiaryCopy of birth certs + english translation from son and or daughter if have had any children from this relationship.Affidavits from friends attesting to relationshipNOTE: Plain ordinary photo copies of the above is needed need to be attached to the I-130, do not attach original documents.
