Sorry that I have been away for a while. Been crazy busy at work, bought a new house with an apartment. Wife went all glassy eyed when she figured out renting out the apartment meant free house, lol. So have been remodeling the apartment so we can rent it out. Anyway, Quick evidence check please

 

 

1. Copy of green card front and back
2. Copy of NYS driver’s license
3. Copy of my wife’s Passport
4. Chinese Birth certificate for our daughter
5. Consular report of birth abroad
6. Copies of credit cards in both of our names
7. Copy of a credit card statement
8. Letter from out Lawyer in regards to our new house purchase
9. Copy of certificate of Title for our 2004 Dodge Durango
10. A range of bank statements
11. Tax Transcripts from 2012 showing joint filing
12. Copy of our 2013 taxes showing joint filing
13. Copies of boarding passes from recent trip to Atlanta Ga to visit family
14. Life insurance information showing my wife as beneficiary
15. First page of insurance policy for our house
16. Note for our house at ***********************************
17. Copy of water and light bill
18. Pictures covering a range of time from our daughter’s birth to last week.

3. Not needed unless documenting trips together showing entry exit stamps.

 

4, 5 Before or after becoming a resident? If before getting visa, not needed, if after, then yes, include.

3, I did not think of that option, I can include my passport as well showing a few entry exit stamps at same time. I can also show the babies passport also with stamps

 

4,5 after resident while were were in China working.
