Expats reluctant to risk splashing out on a swim in the city pools

 

This is what our pool looks like today. They usually keep it looking better than this. They'll probably send a team of around 10 workers out to drain it and sweep it clean in the next month or so. It usually fills from rain water.

 

It was open for maybe 10 days across three different weekends the first year the complex was open - they haven't opened it since. I don't think I'd go in it under any circumstances.
