We depart on July 25th and we drive for 3 months through 11 countries along the old Silk Road: China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Austria, Germany, Holland.

The new/old Silk Road from China to Europe

We set out to find those Chinese brands that share our vision of a brand new China. We simply looked up their email addresses online, and with a bit of luck (and nicely designed Powerpoint presentations), we managed to get the brands below to sponsor us.

Our aim is to get everything sponsored as in the picture on the left. Luckily we still have a short while to go till we depart.

Looks really interesting and I will be interested to see how it all pans out. If I were going, however, I would skip Iran. Things are a bit too volatile over there.
