"An original I-864 (or I-864EZ, if applicable) signed by the petitioner must be submitted with his or her most recent Federal income tax return." I sent the original that my wife signed when we sent it to GUZ Electronic. Do they need another another more recent? Taxes are OK as I sent in the past 3 years incuding 2013. dnoblett Posted July 1, 2014 Report Share Posted July 1, 2014 You will be find with the I-864 and financial info, if you used recent pay stubs when you sent it to NVC, I would have more recent pay stubs at the interview, just to show still employed. Link to comment
