How many passport photos needed?

For I-130 will need two photos, One from Petitioner and One from Beneficiary.

 

I-130 Inst Page 2.

Later, beneficiary will need another one to provide to be provided the DS-260 filed at NVC, Scanned and emailed at that stage.

Yep, that guide is the technical guide, it is the minimum needed, then front load some.

This is the same guide i used years ago.

Never did any front loading though. Only submitted what was asked for.

 

Though for Bob, There might be a little front load.

Don't want to give to much ammunition got Guz to work with.

Mike, I don't have an answer about this. What I did was make sure my wife and son got 10 passport photos....Cheap, and more than enough to get the job done.

 

From time to time I pull one of those passport photos, with the severe facial poses the Chinese tend to have made of themselves when getting a photo for official purposes (apparently smiling is illegal) and I ask my wife or son why their photo looks like it was taken just after somebody passed some REALLY bad gas in a crowded elevator.

 

When they got their photo ID cards made at the local yokel MVA when they got into America, I laughed at them just before their photo was made and told them...."remember, this isn't China, it's okay to smile, no need to look angry." That got some smiles out of them both. They both look so much better with happy faces.

 

Good luck with the trials and tribulations of dealing with US government agencies.

Thanks buddy.

Though I'm looking forward to helping my sister in law and my buddy get started with this visa process.

But I'm not looking forward dealing with the ding dong government we have.

 

Just spent 4 hours doing (Local city taxes) for the wife and i plus doing Bobs taxes.

Local tax web site was over loaded with last minute........... Wait! where have i heard this before?

Never mind, i need to fill out some IR1 papers. OH!! boy, Can't wait for the hoops to open.
