Gyms in Nanning

Hello. On my next trip in China I will be in Nanning staying with my Lao Po. Since she will be working some of the time when I am there, I was thinking that maybe I should spend some time at a Gym/health clubs. Does anyone know of any good ones? Any ones near the the huge video billboard with the three former leaders of China on the Minxu Da Dao? Any idea about the cost? Would any of them have personal trainers? Any idea the cost? Another interesting option might be some type of Martial Arts class but I am not in shape and also my poor Chinese speaking ability. i know I asked a lot of questions. Any help would be appreciated. For an exercise club, show up at just about any open plaza in the morning or evening. Very cheap to free.

 

The subway construction (and dead-ended roads) makes it very difficult to get around in that area.
