Well, with all of the Fee's that are required there should not be a shutdown for processing centers. that being said I am pretty sure they will shut them down to apply pressure to the idiots on both sides of the isle in DC.

Exactly, the departments that connect monster fees for petitions and applications should put their money where their mouth is and run on those fees.
