dnoblett Posted February 10, 2013 Report Share Posted February 10, 2013 Yep each and every time you file an application to USCIS tend to involve another Biometrics, and another visit to the ASC. In this case 10 years would be a long time for them to keep a photo so would be understandable for them to want to take another for the new card. Yes File an I-90 with fee and bio fee. Kaige Posted February 11, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 11, 2013 Thank you, I thought this was the correct answer but just wanted to be reassured on my thoughts,life has been busy with our now 7 year old, as he speaks fluint chinese and local chongqing chinese along with english, he has good grades in first grade, I am happy to say, guess I needc to check in more often.
